He had all reasons to be among those who will qualify to be the Queen’s guests, and it was officious for him and his wife at the palacious Buckingham Palace in London, Billionaire industrialist and foremost businessman of Eleganza Industries fame, Chief Rasak Akanni Okoya, and his beautiful wife, Chief Dr. Mrs Shade Okoya recently joined the world notable celebrities to dine with Queen of Elizabeth II of England at her Palace.

Aare Akanni Okoya was like in another honeymoon for her beau and the power couple that has grown to become one of Nigeria’s favorite celebrity couples, as they recently celebrated their two decades of blissful marital union. The duo attended the Queen’s Garden Party, held on the evening of Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at the Buckingham, the London residence and administrative headquarters of the monarch of the United Kingdom, located in the City of Westminster.

The Okoya's are now the toast of the moment, given their rare privilege of being hosted by the revered Queen of England. The two-decade love story of top Lagos socialite, the sophisticated 42 year-old Sade and 79 year-old billionaire businessman, Rasaq Akanni Okoya has continued to wax strong. The wife, who is the Managing Director of the Eleganza Industrial City and youngest wife of Aare Akanni Okoya and says beyond work, she relaxes in the company of her husband and children.

Manchester United Wonder Kid, Kehinde Reveals Why He Chose Nigeria Over England

Manchester United youngster, Tosin Kehinde has explained why he chose to play for Nigeria instead of England.

The young central midfielder and his representatives had held talks with the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Vice President Shehu Dikko, Secretary General Mohammed Sanusi and manager Gernot Rohr at the Super Eagles Crowne Plaza Hotel in London before the national team’s friendly against Serbia.

He told BBC Sports, ”Nigeria has always been a part of me. I was born there. My whole family are Nigerian.

“I come from a very strong Nigerian background, so the influence has always been around me.”

Kehinde is hoping to follow the footsteps of Victor Moses, Alex Iwobi and Ola Aina. He did not hide his admiration for Jay Jay Okocha and John Mikel Obi.

He added, ”When you are growing up, when you see players like Jay Jay Okocha, how good he was and the current crop of players such as Alex Iwobi and Super Eagles captain, Mikel Obi, the desire to get the opportunity to play for Nigeria has always been there really.”

2018 World Cup: Rohr Reveals Ikeme Will Start In Nigerian Friendly With England 

Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr, has revealed that goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme will take the traditional kick-off before Nigeria’s final World Cup 2018 friendly game against England.

Rohr stated this while speaking on a BBC World Service programme.

It will be the first time Ikeme will return to the national team fold, since he was diagnosed with Luekaemia just before the start of pre-season training with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

His absence has left Rohr with few options between the sticks. After using Daniel Akpeyi for a while, the German has now settled for Ikechukwu Ezenwa as first choice.

Despite the performances of the duo, Nigerians are still sceptical of their abilities, with many clamouring for Deportivo La Coruna B goalkeeper, Francis Odinaka Uzoho to man the post at the 2018 World Cup.

Rohr has already ruled out former number one, Vincent Enyeama, from the tournament in Russia.
