Cheeky Reese Witherspoon can't resist a giggle as her skirt acts in a disorderly manner

Her disorderly conduct arrest may be but a distant memory.
But Reese Witherspoon was giving it some cheek again on Tuesday during a shopping spree.
The 37-year-old actress is seen here giggling away, after her skirt was blown skywards by a rogue gust of wind.

The mother-three revealed more than she bargained as her flimsy orange and white printed skirt rippled in the breeze, giving a glimpse of her derriere.
As was well publicised, Reese was arrested for disorderly conduct in Georgia, Atlanta, back in April after her husband Jim Toth was pulled over for driving under the influence.
The actress managed to get herself arrested for disorderly conduct after drunkenly ranting at the arresting officer and failing to stay inside the vehicle.

A new woman: Witherspoon was on good form as she headed out to the shops, a day after returning from a trip to Paris

But almost two months on from the drama, Reese seems to be trying to put the incident behind her - happily smiling for photographers on her shopping trip on Tuesday while gamely performing her role as the loveable girl next door.
On Monday, Reese wore a similar beaming smile when she landed at Los Angeles International airport after a week in Paris.
She let her natural beauty shine as she strolled through the busy terminal, with no lipstick or other visible evidence of make-up.

The This Means War star sported casual jeans and grey jumper over a white T-shirt with a grey-patterned scarf adding a fashionable flair.
She let her trademark blonde hair hang loose, and she wore it parted to the side and tucked behind her ears schoolgirl-style. 
Rugged tan cowgirl boots with low heels completed her tomboyish ensemble, while the Louis Vuitton tote added a designer touch.

The actress was followed by her mini-me daughter Ava, 13, who was similarly clad in jeans, white Converse trainers and sunglasses.
Animal lover Ava also added a T-shirt emblazoned with the engaging face of a cat.
Reese was undoubtedly looking forward to seeing husband Jim and their eight-month-old baby boy Tennessee, and son Deacon, nine, who along with Ava is her child with former husband Ryan Phillippe.
Reese had a wonderful time in the French capital with just her daughter, and on Sunday Reese and Ava were spotted touring the City of Lights armed with a camera.

She and her teenager casually wandered around Paris dressed down in jeans, ankle boots and jackets.
Reese and Ava picked up a few souvenirs as they visited the buzzing metropolitan area.
By now a world traveller, Reese was only too happy to show her daughter the sights of Paris such as Places des Vosges, Rivoli Street, and the shops of the Marais quarter.
At the end of the afternoon they were seen emerging from the Centre Georges Pompidou, which boasts a large public library, the largest museum of modern art in Europe, and a centre for music and acoustic research.
