Yuguda took a common position to protect Northern Nigeria – Bauchi PDP

Bauchi State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has applauded the sincere position of Governor Isa Yuguda’s to expose the way the Northern Governors endorsed the candidature of Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang and later betrayed him, saying his action was to protect the integrity and dignity of Northern Nigeria.
The commendation came through the Assistant State Publicity Secretary of the Party, Alhaji Bashir Bukar Zayam while briefing newsmen in Bauchi.
According to Bashir, “Governor Isa Yuguda took a common position in order to protect the integrity and dignity of Northern Nigeria, because people in the north are known to be honest, trustworthy and must fulfill all the promises they took without betrayal no matter what ,in order to defend their integrity and preserve their dignity and culture.
He added that, “the action of the governor proved that he is a true democrat, an honest person, who is always sincere and goes with what he feels is the best for the State and the Country at large”
Zayam advised the Governor’s critics to always remember the sound morals and discipline which Northern Nigeria is known for before criticizing his position.
The PDP Chieftain called on the Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang to put more effort in reconciling the aggrieved governors in order to restore confidence and more support of the people.
On the emergence of APC, the PDP Spokesman said the alliance of all opposition parties will only succeed in making PDP stronger, and assured that PDP would work round the clock to overcome all its
challenges.
