But the cast of the Orange County version of the show look set to take it further than ever before after Vicki Ginvalson is accused of having a sordid threesome.
The blonde can clearly not believe her ears in a preview video released ahead of the three part special which hits screens next month on Bravo.
The open-mouthed reality television personality says: 'Are you saying to me that I had sex with another man and woman at the same time?'
In what appears to be a bust-up with old sparring partner Lauri Peterson, she then tries to turn the tables, telling her rival: 'Ive also been told from some of your neighbours that you were cheating..
The latter of course denies it, saying: 'Oh my god that never happened.'
It is unclear what time period or partner the allegation refers to, though earlier this month the divorcee split up with her businessman boyfriend Brooks Ayres.
The pair are said to have met in 2012 through Vicki's insurance business, but some of her friends and family - including her daughter Briana - didn't approve of him.
Along with the rumours of Brooks' infidelity, the couple are also being sued for allegedly conning a business partner out of $250,000.
But that is only one of the many arguments that erupts on the Bravo show.
Heather Dubrow also has a bust up with Lydia McLaughlin, telling her: 'I said I'm sorry, do you want me to pop a vein?'
At one point an emotional Grechen Rossi even bursts into tears after being accused by her fellow stars of being a liar.
