They like to keep us guessing about the status of their relationship.
But if this latest public display of affection is anything to go by, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are definitely back on.
The 24-year-old singer has been combining business and pleasure, taking his on and off model  lover with him to Hawaii, where he played a gig on Friday and has been filming his latest music video on Tuesday.

While Chris was hard at work, surrounded by a bevy of beauties on set, he only had eyes for Karrueche and rushed to her side whenever he took a break.
And it’s no wonder he did, as the 25-year-old beauty looked gorgeous in a polka-dot bandeau style bikini top, black baggy pants and with her hair pulled back in two cute buns.
Dramatic gold jewellery completed her look.

While he is known for his sullen demeanour, Chris had plenty to smile about as he and Karrueche joked around, playfully hugging each other.

Brown’s angelic all-white outfit was at odds with his bad-boy image although the huge gold cuff on his left arm and the duel katana swords he wore strapped to his back added an edge.
Along with enjoying some fun on the beach with Tran, Chris also joined her for a break on a boat.

Back to work: Chris also had a video to shoot so when he wasn't cuddling up to his girlfriend, he donned a pair of katana swords and got to work

When he wasn’t playing around with Karrueche, Chris practised his karate moves for his video and at one stage stripped off his T-shirt to display his toned abs.
While the models in his video showed off their stunning figures in barely-there bikinis, Chris had nothing but a professional interest in them, which will surely come as a relief to Karrueche.

Of course, she also waited patiently in the wings after he dumped her to reunite with Rihanna – who he was convicted of assaulting in 2009 – but Tran and Brown reconciled when his romance with Rihanna fizzled out again.
During his time in Hawaii, the rapper also affiliated himself with a dangerous Los Angeles street gang and tagged them in a spray-painting spree around Honolulu, Hawaii, on Thursday.
Brown reportedly hired a guide to take him and his entourage to spots on the island's capital where they could legally graffiti, where he then decorated the walls with his signature monster artwork.

Emotional: Chris ran through a range of emotions while filming the video from contemplation to happiness

While the cartoonish spray paintings weren't against the law, the F.A.M.E. singer tagged his work with the gang logo, 'Fruits Piru,' an apparent reference to the Fruit Town Piru gang, next to the phrase, 'F**k police,' reported TMZ.
As an explanation of his artistic 'inspiration,' he proclaimed to his Twitter followers: 'I paint pics of monsters because its a reflection of u b***hass n***as and this b***hass system!'

Karrueche made sure she fit in with the the video's Asian theme with some Geisha girl-style make-up while Chris worked on his moves
