Job description HSE COORDINATOR
Assist the DEEPWATER ECP OSL to advise Management in ways and means to limit all associated HSE risks related to Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS), Combined Operations (COMOPS), & all related Construction related activities.
Implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment standards & objectives, in compliance with MAESTRO referential, COMPANY HSE MS and Company E&P Referential.
Review & comment on project procedures and ensure adequate risk assessment requirements have been car-ried out, monitor compliance with implementation of procedures, risk assessments and work permit controls are being applied in Contractor Facilities and on Company Sites on designated project
Company Marine Vetting Procedure and Company Sites instructions (SOP, SSI, etc)
Contractor respect of Company corporate rules and specifications (CR, GS)
Contractor application of contract exhibit L HSE requirements, monitoring performance of their HSE Plan (including Emergency Response, Environmental Management and HSE Implementation)
Collate information and prepare report on key HSE events and related activities from all ECP Sites onshore and offshore on a regular basis
Use various data representation formats to produce HSE reports (charts, graphs, tables, pictures, etc.)
To assist DEEPWATER ECP OSL in preparation overall Project HSE weekly and monthly reports
Undertake ECP Sites HSE audits & inspections and monitor all actions, including Contactors Installation Vessels & Yards pre-mob audit corrective actions.
Contribute in developing, controlling and follow-up of the corresponding ECP Sites HSE improvement plans
To participate in HAZIDs, HAZOPs, Risk Assessment meeting, Cause Tree Analysis meeting, undertaken for the design of installations (site modifications) and execution of operations and ensure that corrective actions are defined
Contribute and participate in Company safety behaviour award program implementation
Working on rotation on ECP Sites (based on offshore/onshore) in the absence of DEEPWATER ECP HSE Supervisor
Promote Safety on DW ECP sites
Monitor Construction, Fabrication, Installation, Marine & Subsea Activities are carried out in accordance with Safety regulations, codes ,standards and best practices. Ensure Contractor’s are similarly monitored.
Monitor the Improvement of all ECP Sites
Co-ordinate and Monitor all HSE Related activities with Contractors HSE Representative on all ECP Sites
Requirements HSE COORDINATOR
Education : Engineering degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum or Safety, fluent in English with good computer Microsoft software and communication skills.
Trainings: BOSIET, Safety Management by HSE Proffesional, HSE auditor, NEBOSH IGC, Proffesional Incident Investigation and all related trainings related to the Service Function as per DGEP Rules. See CR EP PJC 421.
Professionanl experience: 7 to 10 years in oil and gas (E&P), with 2 years in senior HSE position. Off-shore/Construction yards/FPSO Project experience.
Experience in HSE Yard Management, HSE Documentation/Project Documentation development & Project spe-cific HSE Documentation.
Experience in a construction and operating environment, in safety engineering techniques, (HAZOP, HAZID, Qualitative Risk Assessment, Inciden Investigation & Audits).
Sound knowledge in HSE matters, i.e. legislations, codes of practice, Company spécifications, etc.
