And showing exactly why she received that accolade Lucy Mecklenburgh stripped off during a recent sunshine break in Majorca.
Defying those who have criticised her for losing too much weight, the TOWIE star looked happy and confident as she put on a sexy poolside display.
The
22-year-old, who recently launched her own website to share her
secrets, showed that her exercises have well and truly banished what
little cellulite she had.
And clearly happy with the results the reality star slipped into a red Hawaiian print halter neck bikini as she sat by the pool with a pal.
Stripping out of her denim shorts after making a quick phone call the pretty brunette couldn’t resist jumping in the cooling water.
After taking off the Alice band which kept her brown bob off her face she deliberated about how best to get in the water.
Debating whether to use the steps Lucy showed off her upper arm strength by swinging back and forth on the hand bars.
However she eventually decided that the only thing for it was to embrace her inner child as she bombed her way into the water – perhaps not causing quite the splash she had hoped.
Following her cooling swim the boutique owner used a more conventional method to climb out – opting to use the steps.
And making the most of the opportunity she seductively emerged from the water with her hair slicked back, looking as if she could be on a photoshoot.
Perhaps aware at this point that the cameras were on her she made sure to put on a sexy display as she showered standing on her tip toes and lifting her arms above her head.
Lucy’s impressive figure is the result of her fitness channel Results With Lucy which focuses on problem areas like bottoms and tummies using a mixture of cardio and strength training.
Speaking about her changing figure she said recently: 'I noticed a difference in myself, I felt healthier, had lots more energy, I was more toned.
'I've lost all my cellulite, my body feels amazing and I've even started to get little abs.'
However it isn’t all hard work and Lucy admitted she still allows herself ‘cheat days’, she said: 'I still have and love my “cheat” days, but the best thing is, they’re now guilt free, as I know that I’m on top of it!,'
And as if to prove her point she took to Twitter over the weekend and she revealed she had one of those days, writing: ‘Ok all the girls are going out & I've just ordered a pizza for 1!! This is embarrassing!! Need to pull myself together & go out!!x’
And sharing a picture of a pizza, chicken dippers and wedges she added: ‘We r all allowed a day off! Just glad my PT @Cecilia150471 is In another country haaa oops! Xxx’
